Noah was born in Frederick County, Maryland, and moved to Delaware at the age of 16. Growing up in a family full of contractors, Noah learned the construction industry at a young age and made it his career as an adult. With dual experience in construction and renovation, Noah launched his own company in 2012 to provide both services to a continually-growing client base. He takes pride in True—a family-run business—and treats every job as if it were in his own home. Noah can be regularly found with his tool belt on, personally working job sites. He spends his free time with his family, on the beach or in a deer stand.

Mandi was born in Baltimore, Maryland and moved to Delaware while in high school. She is a graduate of Delaware Technical and Community College with a degree in Veterinary Technology and spent the last 8 years working for a Lewes-area veterinarian. Mandi works behind the scenes at True, surrounded by paperwork in the office and occasionally out in the field. Mandi and Noah were married in 2013 and share two beautiful daughters—Ava and Mia. Her time off is always spent with her family at home or at the beach.
